With its 8 injection moulding machines, ARTIFIL can make your plastic parts and inject plastic onto metal parts by means of cast-moulding.
Conception
Equipped with a CAD station, our engineering department :
- Takes part in the research of products based on your specifications
- Defines and studies the manufacturing processes
- Carries out tool follow-ups
- Designs special machines for assembly, inspection, etc.
Production methods
We have 8 injection-moulding machines ranging from 75 to 320 tonnes, all at the cutting-edge of technology. Presses with robots allow :
- Installation of inserts into moulds
- “Masked time” assembly
- Packaging of parts
- Optimising production times
Injection
We transform the whole range of usual and technical thermoplastics, in particular: Glass-fibre-reinforced PBT, talc-filled PP, glass-fibre-reinforced PA, TPU, POM, PC, ABS, SAN, SEBS, etc.
